  • The mirror effect: platforms track your preferences and show you what confirms your existing views (leading you to believe everyone thinks like you). Learn to seek out different perspectives to understand the nuances of reality beyond your own beliefs.
  • Life behind the frame: social media content is often carefully curated and edited. Remember that behind every seemingly perfect image lies an ordinary reality, complete with ups and downs.

Exercising Discernment
